Last reviewed:

NAD+ injections are generally considered safe when administered properly. However, as with any medical treatment, there may be risks and potential side effects.

  1. Injection Site Reactions: Mild bruising or soreness at the injection site is the most common side effect. This typically resolves on its own.
  2. Allergic Reactions: Although rare, some individuals may experience allergic reactions. If you notice rash, itching, or difficulty breathing, seek immediate medical attention.
  3. Interactions with Medications: Always inform your EOS Health-affiliated provider about any other drugs you're taking.
  4. Underlying Health Conditions: Consult with your provider before undergoing NAD+ therapy if you have underlying health conditions.
  5. Long-Term Effects: While generally well-tolerated, more research is needed to fully understand long-term effects.

You are encouraged to report negative side effects to the FDA. Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch or call 1-800-FDA-1088.
