If you searched for EOS Health and ended up unsure which site you landed on, you are not the only one. Several unrelated companies use the name "EOS." EOS Health operates one website: eoshealth.care. Other businesses use the name EOS — in fitness, in consumer goods, in technology, and elsewhere online. None of them is us. If your order did not start at eoshealth.care, it was not with us.
Four checks that settle it
1. Read the domain
This is the check that takes two seconds. Look at your browser's address bar. The official EOS Health site ends in .care — eoshealth.care. Any other extension belongs to a different company. We also own eos-health.com, eoshealth.net, and eoshealth.app, all of which redirect to eoshealth.care.
2. Check the mark
Our logo is a distinctive custom letterform with a single sweeping arc above it. It appears on our website, in our email, and on your order confirmations, and it is ours alone. If the logo on the page you are looking at is different, the company is different. Names can be similar; marks are not.
3. Check the legal entity on the Terms and on your receipt
Our Terms of Service, order confirmations, and the descriptor on your card statement reference EOS Health LLC, a California limited liability company. A different entity name means a different company — and it means a different refund policy, a different pharmacy, and a different support team.
4. Check the reply-to address
Email from us shows EOS Health as the sender and replies to an @eoshealth.care address. Shipping notices may come from the pharmacy that filled your order, but anything about your account, your order, or your billing will reply to @eoshealth.care.
The unrelated companies that come up most
We name these only because the names are close enough to cause confusion. Nothing here is a comment on their products or services.
EoS Fitness is a chain of gyms and health clubs, operated by a company entirely separate from EOS Health LLC. It is a fitness facility business, not a telehealth provider. A gym membership there has no connection to anything we offer.
EosHealth, Inc. was an earlier, unrelated diabetes-management company whose name later changed to Livongo Health. EOS Health LLC has never been affiliated with it or with its successors. Older articles and search results that mention "EosHealth" and diabetes devices are referring to that earlier company.
Beyond those, other companies in consumer goods, technology, and energy use some form of the name. We have no corporate, ownership, clinical, pharmacy, or contractual relationship with any of them.
If you think you ordered from the wrong company
Email support@eoshealth.care with whatever you have — the site you remember visiting, the name printed on your receipt, the descriptor on your card statement, or the address an email came from. We will verify your identity and then help you work out which company you dealt with.
If it was not us, we will say so and point you toward the company you actually need, rather than leave you guessing. We would rather spend five minutes on that than have someone believe they were dealing with us when they were not.
