Several unrelated businesses use the name “EOS.” This page exists so there is never any question about which one you are dealing with.
EOS Health is a California telehealth company that operates at one website: eoshealth.care. Other businesses use the name “EOS” — in fitness, in consumer goods, in technology, and elsewhere online. If your visit, your intake form, or your order did not begin at eoshealth.care, it was not with us — and we have no record of it and no ability to service it.

You will see this mark on our site, in our email, and on your order confirmations. If the mark looks different, you are not with EOS Health.
Everything we publish lives on eoshealth.care. A few other domains we own redirect there. Nothing else is ours.

Look at the address bar. The official site ends in .care — eoshealth.care. Any other extension belongs to a different company. Visual design is not a reliable way to tell two companies apart. The domain is.
Compare the logo against the one shown above. Ours is a distinctive custom letterform under a single sweeping arc. If the mark on the page you are looking at is different, the company is different.
Our Terms of Service, order confirmations, and card statements reference EOS Health LLC. A different legal entity name means a different company — and a different refund policy, a different pharmacy, and a different support team.
Email from us shows EOS Health as the sender and replies to an @eoshealth.care address. Shipping notices may come from the pharmacy that filled your order, but anything about your account, order, or billing will reply to @eoshealth.care.
These come up most often. We list them because their names are close enough to ours to cause confusion, not to comment on their products or services.
EoS Fitness operates gyms and health clubs. It is a fitness facility business, not a telehealth provider, and it is operated by a company entirely separate from EOS Health LLC. An EoS Fitness membership does not include, discount, or relate to anything offered by EOS Health.
EosHealth, Inc. was an earlier, unrelated diabetes-management company whose name later changed to Livongo Health. EOS Health LLC has never been affiliated with it, with Livongo, or with its successors. Older articles and search results mentioning “EosHealth” and diabetes devices refer to that earlier company.
Other companies in consumer goods, technology, and energy use some form of the name “EOS.” We have no corporate, ownership, clinical, pharmacy, or contractual relationship with any of them. Accounts, prescriptions, subscriptions, charges, and medical records created on any website other than eoshealth.care are not visible to us and cannot be accessed, changed, refunded, or cancelled by us. If you need help with an order placed elsewhere, you will need to contact that company directly.
EOS Health LLC is a California telehealth company. We connect patients with independently licensed clinicians for weight management, men’s health, women’s health, longevity, and skin care, and we work with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies. We operate on a cash-pay basis, with no insurance billing.
EOS Health is LegitScript Certified — an independent certification for telehealth and pharmacy providers that reviews licensing, prescribing practices, and regulatory compliance. You can look up our certification directly with LegitScript rather than relying on anything stated on this page.
We publish our pricing, our terms, and our cancellation policy on this site, and support is reachable at a single address: support@eoshealth.care.
eoshealth.care. That is the only public website we publish. We also own eos-health.com, eoshealth.net, and eoshealth.app, which redirect to it. Any other domain using the name EOS Health belongs to a different company.
Check four things. The address bar reads eoshealth.care, ending in .care. The logo matches the mark shown on this page. The Terms of Service, order confirmation, and card statement reference EOS Health LLC. And email about your account, order, or billing replies to an @eoshealth.care address.
No. EoS Fitness is a chain of gyms and health clubs. EOS Health LLC is an unrelated California telehealth company. There is no partnership, shared ownership, membership benefit, or referral relationship between them.

EOS Health LLC is identified by its full name, by its mark, and by the domain eoshealth.care; other businesses that happen to share a similar name — in fitness, consumer goods, and technology — are unconnected to us.
