What you earn

You earn every month for supporting the community.

EOS Health patients want support on their journey beyond the medical advice provided by the clinicians. The community you've built can provide that peer support to others on their journey, and you will earn every month by committing your time and support.

Your commission

You earn when someone starts treatment through your code or your link — and again every month they stay on it. That second half is the part most programs leave out, and it is what turns a good month into an income you can plan around.

Your code

A discount code in your own name and a dedicated link. It is the reason your comment section fills up with screenshots, and it is how you get credit for the people who heard you say it in a video and went looking later. Most of the traffic on this kind of content never clicks a link — the code is what catches it.

Paid on the 15th, every month

Payouts go out on the 15th, covering every order completed in the prior calendar month. Same date every month, so you can plan around it. And because we pay on completed orders rather than clicks, nothing gets reversed out from under you weeks later — what you see is what lands.

Content work, priced separately

If making the thing is your real strength, say so. We license content for our own paid and owned channels at a flat fee, negotiated per piece and on top of whatever your code earns.

The work

No scripts, no content calendar handed down from a brand team. There is a floor, because a program where nobody posts is not a program.

What we ask

Stay visible. Most creators post or go live a couple of times a week, but the cadence is yours. You know your audience and what lands with them — and the more you engage, the more you earn.

Tell the truth. Your real experience, including the parts that were hard. Nausea week is content. So is a plateau.

Disclose every time. #ad or #sponsored, visible, not buried in hashtag soup. Non-negotiable.

Stay in your lane. Share your experience; do not give medical advice or dosing guidance to your audience.

Do not promote direct competitors while you are with us. Everything else is yours.

What happens when someone taps your link

They are either sent to eoshealth.care or land on a landing page with medicines. When they enter any intake form, your code is passed with it so we can track the source back to you. A few minutes of questions, a clinician review, and a plan if it is appropriate for them.

The rules are pretty simple,
but mandatory.

This is prescription healthcare, so the rules are real and we don't take them lightly. Here are just a few examples of what we'll cover with you once you join.

Disclose the relationship

Every post that mentions EOS carries a clear, visible #ad or #sponsored — in the caption, and said out loud in video where the platform expects it.

No medical advice

Share what happened to you. Do not tell anyone what to take, what to titrate to, or whether to stop something. Send clinical questions to us.

No promises about results

“I lost X pounds” is your experience. “You will lose X pounds” is a claim we cannot make and neither can you. Individual results vary.

No earnings claims

Do not tell other creators what they will make here. Talk about your own numbers if you want; do not turn them into a promise to someone else.

18+ only

Not marketed to minors, and not to audiences that skew under 18. If your following is mostly teenagers, this is not the right program for you.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks.

Do I have to be an EOS patient to join?
No. Plenty of creators come to us already on a GLP-1 somewhere else, and some are not on one at all. What matters is whether this content is genuinely your lane and whether you can talk about it honestly. If you do become a patient, you pay the same published price your audience does — we do not give away prescription medication in exchange for posts, and any program that does should worry you.
What does the commission actually pay?
We share the exact figures on the interview call, and they are set out in your creator agreement before you post anything. What we will say here: it is one rate for everyone in the Collective, it pays on the first order and again on every month the patient stays, and it is paid on completed orders so nothing gets reversed later.
When do I get paid?
The 15th of every month, covering every order completed in the prior calendar month. So an order completed in March pays out on April 15th. You get a statement showing the orders attributed to you alongside the payment.
How often do I have to post?
There is no quota. Most creators post or go live a couple of times a week because that is what keeps them in front of their audience, but you know your people better than we do — if something else works, do that instead. The honest version is that this pays on what you drive, so the creators who show up regularly earn the most.
How big does my following need to be?
Smaller than you think. We work across the range, from a few thousand engaged followers up. Engagement, comment quality, and whether your audience is the right age and mindset matter far more to us than a follower count.
Which platforms count?
TikTok (feed, Stories and Lives), Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed), YouTube (long form and Shorts), and Facebook. If you are building somewhere else and it is working, tell us on the call.
How does the tracking work?
Two ways that land in the same place. Your personal link tags the visit so an order is attributed to you automatically. Your personal discount code catches everyone who heard the name in a video and typed it at checkout — which, on this kind of content, is most of it. You do not have to choose; use both.
Is there a contract?
Yes — a standard creator agreement. The substance: disclose every sponsored post, no medical advice, no promoting direct competitors while you are with us, and either side can end it with notice. You will have it in writing, with your rate in it, before you post anything.
What if my strength is making content, not selling?
Say so on the call. Licensed content for our own paid and owned channels is a separate, flat-fee arrangement, and for some creators it is the larger half of what they earn here.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application. If it looks like a fit, you will get a link to book a fifteen-minute call. If it is not a fit right now, we will tell you that directly rather than leave you wondering.
